Where can I find my invoices?

Whenever you purchase an Allchemist subscription, add a new user into your billing account or purchase in-app service, you will be able to track your current costs and find your past invoices under the Invoices tab in your admin section.

To find your invoices, please proceed as shown bellow:

  • Click on your name in the upper right corner
  • Go to settings
  • Click on the right tab Billing Accounts
  • When in Billing Account, click on Manage Account button
  • Than click on Billing History

Here you’ll be able to manage all transactions and download past invoices.

Note: You must be an owner or an admin of the Subscribe-space to access your invoices.

Note: A commercial invoice will be e-mailed monthly to the e-mail provided in the billing-account
