Do I need to have a credit card information on file and where I change it?

Yes, one credit card must be on file with us*. In your billing account, you can manage all of your credit card information, track back monthly invoices and spendings.

*We are managing subscriptions, billings and process all your payments via Chargebee and Braintree platforms, so your payment information data is stored with them through API (application programming interface). How do I update or change billing details?

You can update or change your credit card information at any time as shown bellow.

  • Click on your name in the upper right corner
  • Go to settings
  • Click on the right tab Billing Accounts
  • When in Billing Account, click on Manage Account button

Here you can manage your payment methods or get the insight of your billing history.

On Payment methods you are able to add a new payment method or change the data on the current one.


Note: You must be an owner or an admin of the billing account to be able to change the credit card information.
